2) We offer a monthly incentive bonus. If the team has a good month we all share in some of the profits. The company paid $75,000.00 out last year to the employees in this program. We top the year off with a very nice Christmas bonus.   

3) Are you tired of paying through the nose or not having family health insurance because your boss won't pay his share? We pay 75% of family coverage, the other 25% is not a problem with the extra money you will be making.   

4) We offer 7 paid holidays, one week of vacation after one year and two weeks after 3 years. We believe you need time off from work to spend with your loved ones and should not feel bad for taking it.   

5) We also have a company sponsored retirement plan the company will match your contributions up to 3% of your pay, in this plan you are 100% vested from day one. The plan we have has been in place for 5 years and is working quite well. You also have full control of how your money is invested.
